Located in Western North Carolina, Tri-County Motor
Speedway is a 4/10 mile banked asphalt track racing weekly on Friday night
as it has for most of it's existence. A NASCAR Home Track facility,
TCMS features Late Models as it's premier division and has been a proving
ground for many of today's rising talents.

LATE MODEL STOCK CAR RULES BULLETIN
Due to numerous calls from competitors to make
it easier for any driver competing at Tri-County Motor
Speedway and Hickory Motor Speedway, the new weight rule for
the Chevy 604 Crate Motors is 3,050/1,372.5 lbs.
The custom built motors will stay at 3100/1400
lbs.
Reminder again MUFFLERS
are mandatory at Tri-County Motor Speedway.
Tri-County NASCAR officials will be taking
sound measurements during practice and time trials. If your
car is deemed too loud you will be asked to correct the
problem before you compete in the night’s feature event.
